We are not a massive franchise or a corporation with hundreds of employees. Instead, your home will be cleaned by me - The owner of Stellar Cleaners and my small, dedicated team of assistants. I personally train every single team member. This hands-on approach allows us to truly understand the unique needs of your home. Please note that you may occasionally see a different face due to vacations, illnesses, or routine scheduling changes.

You can use our “FREE Estimate” form and pick your options! Just enter your number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas (some houses have up to 3 living areas), kitchens, dining rooms, studio… plus any extra add-ons you want. You will receive your quote instantly via email!

That is completely your choice! Some of our clients prefer not to be home when we clean, while others prefer to stay. We are happy to work to accommodate whichever makes you most comfortable.

You do not need to be home when we arrive. You can share a door code ( which will be kept confidential), leave the key inside a lockbox outside, leave a spare key in a hidden spot, or use a third party.

If you live in an apartment, let the building front desk know we are coming, and that we’ll need the key.

We carry heavy supplies and equipment for every service. For this reason, we kindly request that you provide parking instructions and any necessary passes prior to our arrival.

• Single-family homes: If driveway or ample street parking is available, no instructions are required.
• Townhouses: Please let us know about any designated visitor parking spaces or whether you can get a guest pass. If we are not allowed to park in the parking lot, let us know if there is any unrestricted street parking nearby.
• Apartments/Condo: Let us know if we can utilize the building garage, if garage access is unavailable, please advise if there is a public parking garage or any unrestricted street parking nearby.

Yes, we offer eco-friendly products upon request. Be sure to indicate your preference when booking. Though please note they may be less effective at removing crusty, dried-out residue in the oven or hard water, soap scum, or mold than specialized cleaners.

Just call or text us within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean the area at no cost.

We are not as strict as other cleaning companies that charge up to 50% or even 100% of the service fee. If you don’t cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation; this will allow us to reassign the cleaning team to another appointment. Please send a message to(703) 407-7799to communicate with the team about your cancellation, providing your name, address of the cleaning service, and original day for the appointment. Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel the appointment yourself, and a Stellar Cleaners staff member will have to do so manually on your behalf.

Note: If your cleaning service appointment is schedule for MONDAY, we request notice of cancellation by 2 pm the Friday prior to your appointment.

Just let us know anything we should keep in mind about your furry friends! We love pets, but for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you keep them in a secure room. That way, your pets stay safe and happy, and we can get your space clean in no time!

Yes, our cleaners will wear face masks during your cleaning service upon request. We are happy to follow your personal safety preferences. Just let us know when you book your appointment.

No, you do not need to provide anything. We bring all the cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for the job. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or just prefer eco-friendly products, we are happy to use them upon request. Please indicate your preference when you book your cleaning service.

Yes, you can make special requests. Some common client requests are:

• Use eco-friendly supplies.
• Do not dust or touch the large wall picture in the living room, as it is not securely attached.
• Please do not touch or move any papers on the desk
• Please do not open windows.
